Preparing guidelines for monitoring and reporting of the National Screening Programmes

Between 10 and 14 October, Lithuanian experts Ms. Giedre Smailyte and Mr. Ričardas Radišauskas were conducting Activity 5.2 „Preparing guidelines for monitoring and reporting of the National Cancer Screening Programmes“.
The activity pertains to writting guidelines in accordance with European standards and BC needs, with special attention dedicated to screening data for screening programs implementation, management, monitoring and quality assurance; adherence to ENCR (European Network of Cancer Registries) screening data base standards; regular monitoring of process and outcome of organized screening and monitoring of programmes by national cancer registry at adequate intervals.
