Round tables in the Ministry of Health

As part of activities 1.3, 2.3, 3.3, on 29 June 2016 round tables on the organization and implementation of national screening programmes were held in the Ministry of Health. Round tables are organized based on the results of previous activities .1, .2, components 1, 2, 3. The topics discussed were related to the legal, institutional and practical context of screening programs (program performance, register, call, re-call, fail-safe procedure, screening, communication, ICT use, quality assurance and auditing). The discussions were attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Croatian Institute of Public Health, county public health institutes, and other important stakeholders. Discussions were focused on facilitating  screening program adoption to national context and finding barriers, bottle-necks; processes, opportunities, possible alternatives.
